Basile SEBURIKOKO, he is an expert in HVAC, Environmental related services and in the implementation of Montréal Protocol he is the HVAC Manager in AKAGERA BUSINESS GROUP, The President of Rwanda Heating Ventilation Air conditioning and Refrigeration Cooperative.  He has mostly worked for Refrigeration and Air-conditioning projects, civil projects, Energy projects and environmental related projects.
